Introducing Bill
I have been involved in the Building and Real Estate Industries for the past 34 years. I worked mostly in the Construction and Project Management side of things but during the past 15 years I have also been working in real estate as a sales consultant. I have recently completed Real Estate examinations enabling me to become an Associate of the Real Estate Industry of New Zealand.
A builder by trade, I have a good understanding of both the Building and Real Estate Industries. I have been involved with Builders and Developers in sourcing land and buildings which offer opportunities for further profit.
Negotiation is a key skill required in this industry and as a result of the amount of time I have spent in this field I consider this to be one of the skills which I am able to bring to the transaction.
